1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gl59.org ("gl59", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the gl59 website, mobile browser experience, games, betting services, promotional offers, customer support, and any other feature or service made available through gl59.org.

By completing the gl59 registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, together with gl59's Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026. gl59 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on gl59, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as determined by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual, a corporation, or any other legal entity in relation to your gaming activity.
• You are accessing gl59 from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful for you personally. gl59 does not represent that the services are appropriate or lawful for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of gl59 or any of its group companies, game suppliers, or regulatory bodies, where such participation may constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from gl59 or from any other gambling platform under a cross-platform exclusion arrangement, and you are not currently subject to any such exclusion.
• You are not aware of any legal or regulatory prohibition that prevents you from entering into a gaming agreement with gl59.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. gl59 may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, require documentary proof of identity, age, and source of funds ("Know Your Customer" or KYC verification). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one registered account on gl59. The creation of duplicate or secondary accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, to claim a bonus more than once, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gl59 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. gl59 will never ask you to reveal your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity carried out through your account — including any wagers placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether or not you personally initiated that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gl59 customer support immediately. gl59 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted. gl59 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.

gl59 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and use a strong, unique password for their gl59 account. Do not use the same password on gl59 that you use for GCash, Maya, or any other financial application.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gl59 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change.

All funds deposited into your gl59 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. gl59 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. gl59 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier section; however, processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any additional verification requirements.

gl59 does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash and Maya deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own fees. Any applicable fee information will be displayed in the cashier prior to confirming a transaction. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gl59 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each bonus or promotion — including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, minimum odds, and maximum bonus amounts — are set out in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all gl59 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money deposits. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless specified otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• gl59 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with the intent to exploit low-risk game outcomes, using multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other accounts.
• Bonuses have an expiry date; any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited after expiry.

gl59 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not adversely affect players who have already actively begun participating in that promotion in good faith.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the gl59 platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, sabong, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface or game category page. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

gl59's Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed live casino providers and are subject to their own game integrity controls. The outcome of all games on gl59 is determined by the software of the relevant game provider, and gl59 has no ability to alter game outcomes once a round has commenced.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wager placed on that round will be returned to the player's account. gl59's decision on the handling of technical issues is final, subject to the right of appeal via the complaints procedure set out in Section 15.

Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of any bet. gl59 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published with an obvious error in odds, market type, or event details. In-play betting is subject to the specific in-play terms applicable to each sport and market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gl59 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with betting markets offered on gl59.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using the gl59 platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or otherwise engage in financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an advantage; any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the gl59 platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, intimidates, or harms gl59 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access the gl59 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means of location spoofing where such access is intended to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions.

8 Responsible Gaming

gl59 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some players and we take our duty of care to all users seriously, consistent with our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered gl59 players at no cost and with immediate effect upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your gl59 account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period; once reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen pop-ups during gameplay that display your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from gl59. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your account will be inactive.

gl59 requires all players to be 21 years of age or older. We actively monitor for signs of underage gambling and problem gambling behaviour, and we reserve the right to request additional verification or restrict access to any account where such behaviour is suspected.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gl59 platform — including but not limited to the gl59 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of gl59 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gl59 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or redistributing any gl59 content without prior written consent.
• Creating derivative works based on gl59 platform content or software.
• Using the gl59 brand name, logo, or any other gl59 trademark in any commercial context without explicit authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting data from the gl59 platform.

Any unauthorised use of gl59 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gl59 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gl59 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or service interruption beyond gl59's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal payment caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, promotional material, or game tips published on or linked from the gl59 platform.
• Any interruption of service caused by scheduled or emergency platform maintenance.

gl59's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your gl59 account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gl59's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

gl59 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on gl59, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gl59 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering obligations.
• Providing customer support and communicating with you about your account.
• Improving the gl59 platform, personalising your experience, and sending you relevant promotions where you have opted in to marketing communications.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, cheating, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.

12 Account Closure

Closure by You: You may close your gl59 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Closure by gl59: gl59 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its absolute discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• gl59 suspects or has evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your account.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• You have operated multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule.
• gl59 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction.
• gl59 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to the platform.

Where your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gl59 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gl59 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — gl59 will provide notice of the change via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Where a change is non-material — such as a clarification of existing language, correction of a typographical error, or an update to contact information — gl59 may update the Terms without prior notice, though the effective date displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent update.

Your continued use of the gl59 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gl59 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting gl59 customer support. gl59 will use reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to regulatory compliance or licensing matters, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Complex complaints involving financial investigations may take longer and gl59 will keep you informed of progress throughout.

If you are not satisfied with gl59's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution channels.
